How to include javascript
-------------------------

Although it is a simple matter of creating a <script> tag in your view, in QVCI applications we like to provide a query string
so that updated versions will get picked up. Here is the preferred way to include javascript::

	<?php
	echo qvc_script('/js/transactions.js');

Which will render as::

	<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/transactions.js?t=1486157812"></script>
